[qcheck-stm] Make the configuration module legal OCaml #232

If the expected configuration module is legal OCaml, the user can rely on Dune
and/or Merlin to help writing it.

The main difficulty here is that there are a number of parts of the
configuration module that are optional, arguably the most delicate to write.
