Bug
Instead of rotating, when non-traffic-light scenery in the Level Editor grid is clicked on for the first time after being added to the grid, it jumps to the origin.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Go to the Level Editor
Drag a piece of scenery (not a traffic light, but any other piece of scenery) to the grid
Click on the scenery. Notice that it jumps to the origin
If you move the scenery elsewhere and click on it again, it will not jump to the origin - this only happens the first time the scenery is clicked after being added to the grid.
Expected behaviour:
Scenery items should not jump to the origin when clicked, and when a scenery item is double clicked it should rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise, the same as the traffic lights.
