scoreboard - track levels attempts

Summary
The scoreboard shows the latest attempt result per level. On top of just showing the last obtained score, we want to show the number of attempts the student has had per level.

User story
The user story that has led to the need for this task, expressed in the format below.
As a Rapid Router teacher
I would like to be able to see how many attempts have students have had at each level
so that I can see which levels were harder for my students
