Level control feature

The level control feature currently sits embedded in the teacher dashboard under class settings. Not many teachers are finding the feature and we know from research that it is a valuable feature. We need to rethink the location of the feature or create signposting to encourage more traffic to flow to it and increase usage.Private Zenhub Image
