Teams - Lead Listing - Delivery Manager & Account Executive addition

When the Teams are listed, I would like to see the Tech Lead, the Delivery Manger, and the Account Executive.

Acceptance Criteria:

⦁ Under Directory - Teams, the teams within OCI are listed. Currently it displays "Team Leads" and "Team Members". "Team Leads" will be replaced with "Tech Leads". Current functionality displays "team leads", for that specific listing, the "Tech Lead" can default to the current "Team Lead".

⦁ In addition to the criteria listed above, add a place for "Delivery Manager" and "Account Executive". Preferable this will be in a flag addition format.

⦁ Once this requirement is deployed to Production Admins can list the applicable Delivery Manager and Account Executive.

⦁ Team Members will remain the same (current functionality is good).
