[Bug?] Stream response on GPT-3.5-Turbo does not seem to work. Got error "Response failure, cause: byteCount 0: -1, please try again."

To enable stream response, please check the Enable stream response in Tools - OpenAI - GPT 3.5 Turbo settings. And also, please use the new api key try to see if it works.
[Bug?] Prompts (like "What does this do") in right click menu are not sent to GPT. Nothing happens after clicking them.

Could you provide the snapshot of ToolWindow Settings，and make sure the first index tab is checked（）. You can also define the order with Up Action or Down Action
