Black border issues on Chromium #7

Hey could you fix this horst3180/vertex-theme/horst3180#253? The dev seems gone.

There are black borders above the tabs and under the url-bookmarks bar.

This is on gtk3.22 and Chromium 63 (Manjaro Cinnamon 3.6.6).
