As Discussed at IETF 121, Introduce or clarify terminology to make it clear when we are referring to the original client that starts the OAuth flow vs the Resources Server or Authorisation Server acting as the client (e.g. initiating client, originating client, secondary client, ID chaining initiating client etc)
