Mac Version: Fullscreen Problem with Pop-Up-Windows

Comments refering to using Advene in fullscreen mode (without external monitor).
After triggering the scene change extractor in the mac version (3.13) a popup window shows the results of the process. Other than in windows or linux this window appears (despite its little content) in fullscreen mode, covering the rest of the interface.
After clicking 'ok' the fullscreen returns to the advene interface for a split second, then it becomes completely black and inresponsive. Processes seem to run fine and it seems to be only an issue with the graphical interface.
