Revise the "here are two random URLs" in the simulator

Instead of randomly sampling two urls from feed, list all urls, each with the little reload symbol, and let the user click a given one to try it (thus only need to try one at a time, no need to show two on screen).
Bonus points (or future feature): button that tries ALL urls and marks them as red if they failed at all.
