New all-contributors organization

It's been ages since someone last worked on this and I'm not sure how stable the code is.
Do you still want to move this to the organisation?

Is it ok if we remove the reference to this from all-contributors to avoid people getting stuck (see PR: all-contributors/all-contributors#116)
