Hi, thanks for this excellent resource, please could you add official support for Ubuntu 20.04? Regards, Arie

Thanks @ariejdl 🙏 that makes sense to me, I changed the title of the issue since I think it'd be worth taking the time to extend the support for more Ubuntu LTS versions (starting with 18.04) which is our current base. Looking at this I think it'd be worth adding support for

  • Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  • Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
  • Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS

Does that sound helpful?

To reduce the amount of images we build and push in CI worth considering this change in concert with #45

For anyone interested, I built a docker image based on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. See #47 for more details
