support for JPEG XL

Is support for JPEG XL already on the roadmap? It seems promising.
If not, please add it.

Adding a comment here in support of this issue. There's no support for JPEG-XL in Chromium yet, so it may be a little while before JPEG-XL will become widespread but we could technically start adding it to websites using a source on a picture element along that can fallback to WebP or JPEG.

Does adding it to ImageOptimize require JPEG-XL to be supported by Craft CMS first?

Shouldn't matter... but it's looking like AVIF is gained a lot more traction than JPEG-XL.
