HidDeviceInfo lacks UsageID field #56

The HidDeviceInfo class lacks a field for the Usage ID of the device. It currently has a field for the Usage Page.
On my fork, I've added the field and have it being filled in on Windows (the only system I have tested it with so far).

My fork of the project also updates the POM's declared version number up to 0.0.11, and I have added to the Changelog file as well.
