Wrong content of files in PatentSolver/LSTM

Dear nxnixin,

I wanted to try out your PatentSolver, but it seems the content of (at least) these three files in PatentSolver/LSTM is not correct:
config.py
inputHandler.py
sample_data.csv

I don't know if other files are affected, too. Maybe you can check and correct the files?
