win32 is x3 bigger then 64 #230

after building win32 with nwbuild -p win32 ./
I got a file that is 3 times larger the win64.

How come?

I don't know. Could it be related to #110?

Seems to me the same problem on windows 8

Then clean the directory before you build again might be a solution?
