Describe the request
All Get and Describe commands and their entities should have the option to format the output as JSON or text.

Current behaviour
Currently only a couple of the Get and Describe commands entities have the option to format the output as JSON or text.

Expected behaviour
Using any Get or Describe commands entity will allow me to specify the option that I want the output formatted as JSON or text.
