Right prompt redraw issue in nu 0.101

Describe the problem you are observing.

Noticed that right prompt redraw happens with resize in nu 0.101.0
But there's a side effect as shown in the screenshot

Steps to reproduce

1. set some right prompt
2. multiline left prompt
3. resize horizontally

It turns out that single-line left prompt can trigger it as well.

Guess that's a downside from the change in #857.

So the question if we can fix the prompt position/wrapping computation or better forgo the redraw.

Confirmed that it's not caused by recent reedline changes. Should be a nushell issue.
