Descriptive summary

Position dashboard item options across the dashboard row evenly.

Expected behavior

Example in DigitalHub. Note: devs can log in to DigitalHub with NetID to inspect the CSS in the dashboard, but DO NOT upload anything.

  2. View the dashboard
