Like the inactive hosts page, the lua/pro/admin/edit_device_exclusions.lua page should also load information from the DB if it already exists.

TODO:

  • load information from database
  • made rest call persists change in DB when changing mac status (allowed, denied) and disconnect alert (enabled, disabled)
