Rework Blacklist Flows Alert

Check if "Blacklisted Flow" could be removed as it's a duplicate of the others. Make sure that the "Trigger an alert when a blacklisted host or domain is detected" domain is handled when the "Blacklisted Flow" check is removed

The problem is that blacklisted flow checks for the category other then the client and server so it should be better to rework to "Blacklisted Category" or something like that
