Please explain this bit more. You mean something like dryRun ?

For this to work as well as in yii \ swiftmailer \ Mailer

If this option is enabled, then it is not necessary to check the table in the database, it is not necessary to record in a table in the database, and to do as well as the original component - to write a mail to a file. It is necessary for local development. For example, 'useFileTransport' =>! YII_ENV_PROD,
