manifest: pull Matter fix for 5G Wi-Fi connection.

This patch pulls the change that sets the proper default configuration of the Wi-Fi band to support both 2.4 and 5G bands in all Matter Wi-Fi based samples. Signed-off-by: Marcin Kajor <[email protected]>
