[nrf noup] wifi: Fix the heap allocation warning

By default nRF70 driver allocates a higher heap to handle most cases, but as Matter doesn't use much heap, enable the ignore minimum warning configuration. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Tata <[email protected]>
