Allow creation of quadkey for Bing tiles #783

In order to get Bing aerial view as a layer it is necessary that a quadkey {q} can also be generated for URLs like:
http://ecn.t3.tiles.virtualearth.net/tiles/a{q}.jpeg?g=1
