Fortran runtime error

I got the following error:
Previously I ran the .egsinp and PEGS$ data files successfully (many times). But today, after changing the material components in the .pegs4dat file, the error occurred as below in the attached file.
Windows 11, EGSnrc 2023.
cause web does not support .F file type. I uploaded .txt file egsnrc_win3264_F.txt.

I ran the same input file and pegs4 file on Linux (via VM VirtualBox), everything goes smoothly.

What did you change in the .pegs4dat file? Can you share both that and the input file?

I add new material using egs_gui package (for example I already have material a, b, c and now I add material d). The above error only appears on windows 11. when I use all that data on linux, everything runs smoothly.
