Result from @brentajones's testing: Calling a race and uncalls work as expected, but require a refresh.

Possibly related: The timestamp and county-level results update automatically (no refresh required); the top-level results do not update automatically.

The relevant .json results file is being requested by the client approx. every 60 seconds.
