[Bug] Orderer servicemonitor adds multiple targets to Prometheus #11

Orderer servicemonitor adds multiple targets to Prometheus because port name is not mentioned in the servicemonitor, hence it considers both Orderer services - operations and orderer service as targets. As orderer service doesn't expose any metrics, Pormetheus alerts the target is down perpetually.

Fix is already in place, will test it out further
