Criar um comando no cli que le todas as structs de dominio e monta uma estrutura de banco de dados HCL para migração usando o atlas.
Essa funcionalidade é necessaria para facilitar o fluxo de desenvolvimento sem que o usuario dependa do conhecimento prévio em HCL.
