Add notebook demonstrating composition with Pyro

[SamDuffield]

#109 adds simulation code comparing inference with posteriors, pyro and blackjax on a model defined in pyro.

However, it is a bit heavyweight, so we should also add a streamlined example showcasing how you can easily define a model in pyro and then use posteriors inference methods.
