First off, thanks a lot for this cool theme. I like it a lot, it's my favourite one and am using it everyday.

Unfortunately, since some update of Nuclide, I got some problems with the Nuclide file tree browser. Tree elements overlap, highlights are too big, and the "Working sets" box partially overlaps the tree. Sometimes, the tree isn't really usable, because clicks are not recognized as they should.

Any chance to get this fixed? Would be awesome! Thx.

In the screenshot, the "packages" folder is parent to the folders shown below. The scrolling position is at the very top.

If the highlight is removed, it looks like this:

I'm using the most recent versions of Atom and Nuclide on MacOS Sierra, if that matters.
