Add the ability for Categories to do Import/Export of LimitedToStores

Similar behavior to Products and the CatalogSettings.ExportImportProductUseLimitedToStores functionality where we can specify stores when importing Categories.

We upgraded from NopCommerce 3.8 -> 4.5 and one of the features our staff loved was being able to apply store mappings when uploading products (They used to manually comb through after the upload to apply store mappings, which was a error prone process). And now that we have had a taste of the sweet life our team would like to do the same with Categories.
