The Vault and maybe Cellar components could offer service discoverability features.

The bare minimum would be to have methods for listing registered services by type and by identifier, this way it would be very easy to plug a Vault container into a third-party DI or service locator system.

This should come with a semantic addition to the service configuration making it possible to flag a service as public, a sane default would probably make all services private unless told otherwise.
