are you trying to use Keystone V3? If so, do you have the proper V3 configuration?

I am using V3... I have a fix which is working when using V3.. I am cleaning it up to be able to work for V2 as well as V3.

We are as of right now also affected by this bug when going to keystone v3, i see there is @vvaradhan mentioning a fix, is there anywhere i can find more information what the fix for the issue actually is?
