Prepare to merge in opossum-examples repository

• Analyze how to combine (if it makes sense) client-server-error-rate and client-server
• Analyze how to combine (if it makes sense) multiple-express and two-express
• Rename and maybe improve the using-with-ts
• Improve the a bit the docs of the database-timeout

Going to update to better fit the issue since we are going to archive instead of deleting the repository.

For the multiple-express and two-express, we are going to use the multiple-express example only. PR sent to opossum-examples

The database-timeout docs were improved a bit with a context about the example and with missing mysql command to setup.
PR can be sent to opossum-examples after the merge of the multiple-express PR.

The client-server is sort of covered by the multiple-express example and the client-server-error-rate uses the unofficial debug branch...

I start to think that makes no much sense to add those to opossum-examples.
