Node.js Version: v18.16.1 and v20.11.0
Image Tag: node:lts-alpine3.18

Expected Behavior

Update NPM to 10.3.0 at least or more precisely npmcli/run-script to 7.0.3

Current Behavior

There was an bug introduced in earlier versions of npmcli/run-script 6.0.2

Hi, team, there is a new version for NodeJs with the updated NPM to 10.5.0 which fixes the bug mentioned in this issue. Here is a thread from NodeJs issues nodejs/node#51923.
