We get emails directed to info@ when they can't recover their passwords; it should direct them to support@ so they get appropriate attention more quickly.

The "from" field is always [email protected] in our nodejitsu config. I think he's saying that if it were [email protected] instead, people could easily reply if they need help.
Since this is part of the global config in nodejitsu-systems, I'm wondering if this will have negative effects elsewhere if we change everything to support@. We could and probably should change the code to send it out from support@ on a case-by-case basis.
