I think

repo init -u https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/ROCm.git

at the README

wouldcheckout the repos in their respective develop branches.
See: their repo manifest.
Although this is on the develop branch it still points to ROCm 6.0.2. All git repos would point to that tag.
