Spectators can sometimes be seen flying around or inside your character, making it hard to play

Need more information because this issue is vague and haven't seen it occur in-game. (excl. bleeding particle being attached to spectators, which was fixed a while ago)

That looks highly unusual, have possible plugin issues been counted out?
