[public-1.13.1] Cranks can lock up when used in quick succession #1405

At the part where players have to weld the lock and turn the crank, sometimes players weld the lock off but the crank is unable to be turned, thus softlocking the map

I can't repro this + never encountered that ever in game, maybe there are some additional steps\reqiurements?

The bug seems to be really rare, but it does still happen sometimes apparently. I don't know if you have to do something specific for this to happen or if it's just mostly random? I don't know

This seems to affect all cranks when they're used in quick succession. I've had it happen on nmo_subside_v5 and nmo_facility_b5

do you mean if there are two players and one of them welds the lock and another one starts to use the bug could happen?

No, I mean that holding +use on a crank sometimes causes it to quickly move back and forth, and then it stops rotating altogether
