As a result of the face-to-face training session, the professionals:

• aware of the benefits and challenges of diverse team work and know some inisghts to
  create (more) inclusion;
• know of different strategies to deal with (cultural) differences and reflected upon their own
  preferred styles;
• have strengthened their intercultural communicative skills through exercise.

While we initially set the 10th of May as the date for the afternoon training session, it seems many people cannot make it on that day. We will most likely change the date of the workshop.
