Track official packages with a GitHub Workflow

I am a huge fan of urlwatch to monitor changes on webpages over time. It would be great to use it in a GitHub Workflow to track the official release pages of the software we package and create an issue in case new versions are out.

• Find (or create) a urlwatch GitHub Action.
• Create a scheduled workflow to check the release pages of the software we package; to wit:
  • AutoFirma
  • Configurador FNMT-RCM
  • DNIeRemote

I would suggest leveraging Renovate, since it supports this out of the box: https://docs.renovatebot.com/modules/datasource/custom/

Note that some projects in nix-community already use Renovate, such as Trustix or Lanzaboote:
