Well it will explicitly tell you when it’s finished, it just didn’t finish yet. If it’s like this for a while it’s normal. But “while” is extremely inaccurate. How long exactly? FWIW, on 18 threads, 32 GB RAM, Germany builds within 20ish minutes. Lots of it is multithreaded. As for estimates: it depends;) Since it’s multithreaded and somewhat dependent on RAM. You’re right though, there could be a wiki page on the upstream repo for some specified specs and at least the planet build. However, that’s smth for the upstream repo, which people should really really get at least a little bit familiar with before attempting to use this image. |

Hey, so I just booted up a valhalla instance on an ubuntu server and when I look at the logs this is what I see:
Its been like this for a while now, but I am not sure if it actually finished enhancing the initial graph or if I can already query the server.
It would maybe be nice to either add a final log so I know that everything is good now and/or add instructions to the readme at which point you can expect the server to be working, etc.
Maybe this is also more of a valhalla topic itself and its actually documented somewhere there.
Okay, when checking htop I can see that valhalla is still processing, maybe a time estimate for an example country and the whole world or sth would be cool, so one could estimate how long this would take
