Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to kulu.tech.
  2. Once logged into organisation, go to the admin page.
  3. Enter an email address. The user gets added upon accepting the invitation.
  4. Enter the same email address. The invitation gets sent again.
  5. There are now multiple entries for the same member/email address. (See the attached screenshot).

Note: This behaviour is observed to be intermittent.
