Structure #1

For Cosmology codes there is an issue that is: some of the codes are not public and a lot of them are modifications to the already cited codes. For instance, we have three cosmological parameter codes in CosmoLike, CosmoMC and Cobaya and this might be a bit redundant especially because they are very similar. Another example is MGCamb, which is essentially Camb + some modified gravity parametrizations. I think more codes are welcome but if they start getting more redundant I could organize them better. |
@joaoreboucas1 I don't think it's a bad thing if we have multiple codes which do similar things (e.g. MGCamb vs Camb). However, I think one of the basic criteria should be that the codes are publicly available. So if you spot a code which has been added which isn't public, let us know (or submit a PR removing it). Thanks also for re-arranging the cosmology section! |
rethink how to structure this. majority of links are HEP so we need astro and cosmo stuff. so maybe shove everything under HEP you have so far. to do: gather more astro(particle) and cosmo links. ask around. this is more of a note to myself and whoever wants to join. excuse the language.
