AutoCAD 2023 isn't listening to Aerospace at all

Whenever I launch autocad it just loads up wherever I'm at and not on the workspace I've dedicated it to (other app dedications in the config work fine)
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I've noticed things like when I go to exit and cad pops the save or discard dialog, that dialog just shows up on the last workspace cad was on when it originally opened. Not a showstopper but annoying.
