make install lean an erros: /bin/mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/usr/local/libexec’: Permission denied

Once I run the make install command, the prompt display: /bin/mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/usr/local/libexec’: Permission denied.
I have no rights to acess the /bin directory, how can i change the default install directory and where to change? I will be very graceful if you can give me detailed guidences, thanks in advance!
