Order transaction is not completed

When an order is placed by the customer. We receive two notifications

1. You have received a new payment through NiahoPay
2. NihaoPay Instant Payment Notification Alert in Production Environment

• In NihaoPay Dashboard, the payment is collected with Status Success
• In Woocommerce Backend, Order is not completed and the status is Pending Payment
• The IPN Log file for Nihao Pay is not located in wp-content/uploads/wc-logs (Stripe, PayPal logs are stored here).

Here is the email Transcript I Receive

Some common reasons why an ipn might fail are:
When we send an instant payment notification, the network is timeout.
We can't get successful response (HTTP 200) from your server.
Your IPN url is a private address, or our IP is blocked by your server's security policy.
