Project SYNK enables the Team Leader to track the project progress of team members.
In this project, we tackle the problem of people in teams not being able to work in coordination with each other. The main problem is that the team members not effectively communicating with the team leader and the team leader has doubts regarding the completion of the project on time. So as our main goal for our application, the team decided on developing a team collaboration software for teams to work in collaboration. This allows a team leader of a group to assign tasks and track the progress of the team members and the times they worked on the project, which allows the team leader to make decisions related to the completion of the tasks assigned and move forward to completing the project.
