Kind of similar to #845 but not really.

Proposal

Typing the wildcard manually used to work, now it doesnt. It's okay if you want the wildcard use to be streamlined in the UI, but please consider bringing it back to YAML.

Additional info

I have sensors that are "Allow to be open initially", they dont appear as bypassed, and I dont want them to stop the alarm from arming. I just want to know about them.

I also find this request important. Also very good is adding wildcards UI or manually also for "Exit delay started" as I want to know which sensors are open and close them in the exit delay time.
